- What kind of feedback can I expect?
- How do you promote my home to out of town buyers?
- What happens when we get an offer?
- How do you monitor the activity on my home?
- What happens if I'm not happy with your service?
Purchasing a home is a big project. But before you start checking the real estate classified ads and dropping by open houses, you will want to find a realtor to help you locate the right home, negotiate a purchase contract and steer your transaction through closing.
